DESCRIPTION:In this second member exchange session of 2024\, three of the five leaders of the Workplace Pride Communities; Trans+\, Women and Young\, will share their experiences\, following by interaction with the audience and discussing progress on the different topics. \n\n\n\nAll Workplace Pride member organisations employ people who are each connected to the LGBTIQ+ community in their own way. We might better say\, the Communities are and constitute Workplace Pride. Participating in Community events and activities promotes cooperation and gives visibility to participating organisations. Sharing knowledge\, connecting\, and being aware of each other’s workplace creates a broader picture of all the challenges faced by the LGBTIQ+ community both at work and in society worldwide. \n\n\n\nAfter this session you will have a good understanding of the value of our different communities\, helping you with your journey to create an even more inclusive workplace.  \n\n\n\nThese sessions are designed to be informal and to bring members together to share experience\, to learn from one another\, and to build connections for future collaboration. Feel free to invite other employees from your organization to listen in. \n\n\n\nTo join by zoom\, please contact your Relationship Manager. \n\n\n\nHope to see you there\, \n\n\n\nChristine\, Yuli\, Omar\, Robert and BrianRelationship Managers
