DESCRIPTION:Collegezaal 7\, Leiden University Medical Center. 16:45 walk-in\, 17:00 start\, 18:00 drinks \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nKailin Levson (they/them) from Workplace Pride and Connor Simonoff Oenomel LCSW (he/him) will speak from their perspectives as trans and non-binary individuals about their experiences with Dutch healthcare. In their workshop\, they will share personal insights and offer practical tools for providing gender-inclusive care. Kailin and Connor will also address the risks of increasing discrimination against trans individuals\, both for patients and for employees in the workplace. After the presentation\, there will be time for questions for Kailin and Connor and for community engagement.
