DESCRIPTION:Member Only Event \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgramRegistrationLocationStreaming\n\nOn behalf of the Foundation Board\, we would like you to Save The Date for the Workplace Pride Annual Members’ Meeting and New Year’s Reception\, taking place at the ING office in Amsterdam. The meeting will review the Foundation’s accomplishments in 2025 and outline plans for 2026. \n\n\n\nThis event is generously hosted by Leader Member ING. \n\n\n\nDetails of the meeting are as follows: \n\n\n\nDate:Tuesday\, 20 January 2026 \n\n\n\nPlease register whether you are attending online or in person. \n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration is now closed\, but you can watch the meeting live on Tuesday evening. Please click the streaming tab for more information. \n\n\n\n\n\nVenue Address: ING Headquarters – Cedar Building\, Bijlmerdreef 106\, 1102 CT Amsterdam \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nParking at ING Building:Limited parking is available only through pre-registration and is allocated on a first-come\, first-served basis. Please email mauricio@workplacepride.org with your name and vehicle registration before 2pm Monday 19th. \n\n\n\nNearby Parking Facilities:Additional parking is available at P21\, P22\, and P23. We recommend booking in advance via the Q-Park website. \n\n\n\nPublic Transport:The nearest station is Bijlmer-Arena\, served by train\, metro\, and bus. The office is approximately a 5-minute walk from the station. \n\n\n\nBicycle:The ING Cedar office offers extensive bike parking\, including a large\, dedicated underground facility. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Annual Members’ Meeting will be streamed from 18:30 – 19:30. Entry to the online event is for members only.
